Dr. Yazdani graduated with Honours from the University of Toronto Dental school in 1998.  He then completed a 2 year hospital residency in North Carolina in 2000.  After associating for a year, he bought his dental practice in 2001 in Kemptville, Ontario. 

 

In 2009 he had a health scare that threatened to destroy him financially and personally.  In that moment, he realized how desperately vulnerable he was as a practice owner, where over 55% of the practice's production was dependent on him.  He faced financial devastation and the loss of his practice if he had to go for surgery and stop practicing for several months.  Fortunately, it turned out to be a misdiagnosis but the feeling of helplessness and vulnerability never left him.  He realized in that moment that he was trapped by his dental practice and that he had to figure out a way to make it NOT dependent on him.  He embarked on his journey of transformation in 2011.  Today, Dr. Yazdani represents 0% of the total production of his 3 practices.   He now has the flexibility to live the life that he chooses on his schedule and his income and family are no longer dependent on his health.
